目前,较(jiao)为成(cheng)熟的(de)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)制(zhi)备(bei)(bei)技(ji)术(shu)是(shi)用(yong)低(di)压电解水产生高(gao)浓度、高(gao)纯度臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)气(qi)体(ti),再将臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)与水混合(he)成(cheng)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水,利用(yong)低(di)温设备(bei)(bei)冷冻成(cheng)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)。这其(qi)中臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水冷冻成(cheng)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)的(de)方法(fa)比较(jiao)单一,一种(zhong)是(shi)将臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水连接(jie)快速制(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)机,直接(jie)产出臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing),这种(zhong)快速制(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)机选材需(xu)要对臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)具有良好的(de)抗性(如氟材料(liao)、SS304不锈钢、钛钢等);另一种(zhong)是(shi)把预制(zhi)的(de)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水装入(ru)容器内密封,然后(hou)置于低(di)温环境下速冻(如液(ye)氮、低(di)温乙醇、超低(di)温冰(bing)(bing)箱(xiang)或冷库等)。
除(chu)了将(jiang)预先制(zhi)成的(de)(de)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)水利(li)用(yong)(yong)低(di)温设(she)备冻结成臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)外(wai),后制(zhi)作包含氧(yang)(yang)(yang)气(qi)气(qi)泡且密度为550~910 kg/m3 的(de)(de)冰(bing)(bing),再利(li)用(yong)(yong)波长为180~242 nm的(de)(de)紫外(wai)线对所制(zhi)作的(de)(de)冰(bing)(bing)块照射,可以(yi)使冰(bing)(bing)中的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)气(qi)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化制(zhi)成臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)。除(chu)此之外(wai),还可以(yi)考(kao)虑(lv)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)与其他(ta)技术结合(he),拓展臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)冰(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)应(ying)用(yong)(yong)范围(wei)。例如,流(liu)(liu)化冰(bing)(bing)具有快速降(jiang)温的(de)(de)效果,但使用(yong)(yong)期间易受(shou)到水产品表(biao)面(mian)微生物的(de)(de)交叉(cha)污染,而将(jiang)流(liu)(liu)化冰(bing)(bing)与臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)结合(he),可以(yi)充(chong)分利(li)用(yong)(yong)流(liu)(liu)化冰(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)降(jiang)温功能(neng)和(he)臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)杀菌效果。
